Saturday found me photographing Lisa and Joseph's Boston wedding. I knew this was going to be a really fun wedding, as I had been talking to Lisa and Joseph since there early planning days. Lisa dress was custom designed by herself and a fashion designer. It was stunning! No one else will where a dress like hers, it was one of a kind and made for her.
They also planned a butterfly release which went really cool, some of the butterflies actually landed on Lisa and made for some good fun.
The ceremony was held in the Boston's North End, at St. Leonard's Church and the reception was at the Hyatt Harborside at Logan airport. Everything from the cake to the table settings was planned accordingly to Lisa and Joseph's designs, making it a wedding to remember.
Below are some of my pics from the day.

Sunday found me at the Seacrest Resort in Falmouth for Jennifer and Anders' wedding. It was a really great day, not too hot or cold and was perfectly lear out. The ceremony was on the beach at sunset, on Old Silver beach, which faces the west and so has the sun setting right behind the ceremony. It was perfect. We did some beach photos and than headed into the resort for cocktail hour and the reception.
The reception was rocked by the Steve Atwood band, which played great music from the 60's, 70's and 80's! They really kept everyone going all night. They had a huge selection of guitars, so that they could play every song right. At the end of the night we headed out onto the beach for a few lat night dip photos, it was cold, fishes were jumping around and everyone had a great time.

I spent Friday and Saturday with Tanya and John, shooting both their rehearsal dinner party and the wedding. The rehearsal dinner was a good time, the food was great and it seemed that everyone got a chance to chat, which is sometimes hard to do at weddings when there are so many people.
The wedding was a early one, at around 10:30 I believe, and it was at the historical St Peter's Episcopal Church, where much history has taken place, going all the way back the revolution in the 1770's. It was a cool place and the rector was really cool. The reception was just as historic, being at the Hawthorn Hotel, one of the oldest hotels in the US. The theme of the wedding was dogs, based on Tanya and Johns dogs. It was really cool.

Sunday found me on the Odyssey crusing around Boston harbor and photogrpahing Lauren and Bernie's wedding. It was the first time I have been on the Odyssey and I found it to be very nice. The views you get of the city are incomparible to anything else I have scene.
Lauren planned her wedding well, it was fun, small and well decorated. She created a cool atmosphere that both adults and jids could enjoy. After the harbor cruise and reception, we traveled with Lauren and Bernie around the city in a Limo, stoping to take photos at Coply Square, City Hall Plaza and the fountains at the Christian Science Center.
What I really thought was cool was Lauren's willingness to do a trash the dress shot with me. At the fountain, she and her MOH ran through the fountain, getting soacked, but creating some cool shots. It will be a wedding to be remembered.
Here are some shots from the day.

So up from New Orleans, Matt and Amanda came to Cape Cod to have their wedding. Both Matt and Amanda are both from the Northeast originally and have only been living down south for a couple years. They had the ceremony at the St. Thomas chapel and reception at the Coonamessett Inn. It was a great day, clear skies and cool weather, a perfect Cape cod Day.
