So I know I am posting everything about a week late. Its just because I am so busy and backed up, its really nuts! Anyway its about 1 a.m. and I'm up blogging while I download all the photos I took this weekend, so that they are ready to be transferred to my studio tomorrow. I shot three weddings this weekend and two last weekend. Last Saturday I photographed Stephanie and Jon's Cape Cod destination wedding. They came up here from St. Louis, but Jon is from here originally, and was proudly watching a sox game before the ceremony. The wedding was in West Dennis, at the Lighthouse Inn. I had been to this resort before (to jet ski), and its very beautiful with little cottages right on the water. Jon and Stephanie were very fun and had a great time, as did we. Below are my favorite pics! Getting ready, Stephanie was so happy and full of smiles! Bridal party. Reception:

Later on Saturday I met up with Debbie and Mike for their wedding at the Elk's Club in Gloucester. Now this is not your typical Elk's club you find in every old city, but a cool decked out one with a nice function hall and incredible view of the ocean, right on Atlantic Drive. Now Mike is a sort of music agent , and he had one of his bands play the entire wedding. They were a kinda Blue's Rock band, and Rock they did all night long. Music was very tied into this wedding, even the best man sang a song. it was his speech and it had everyone laughing out of their chairs. Another unique and cool thing about their wedding was that they had both a priest and a rabbi do the ceremony. It was cool. Getting the dress on. Gettign the shirt on, lol. The room. The couple. (Mike was actually all ready lieing down, i just told Debbie to go take a look, and I took the shots.) The party. Ceremony Favors with beach names for the tables. Hora time. Love them!

On Friday I shot Nicole and Justin's wedding at the Taj in Boston. It was a great small wedding with about 50 people + the wedding party. We did photos in the Public gardens and on Newberry Street, or was it Boylston Street, hmm. Anyway, the reception was held on the top floor of the Taj, which provided incredible views of the city skyline. There were only two tables and the seating was set up like a kings court with everyone facing each other. Lighting the room were chinese lanterns and some candles. The dress. The view (during the day) The groom The bride The couple. Reception fun.

On July 28th I went down to New Haven to photograph Andrea and Jeremy's wedding at lighthouse point. I had been eagerly awaiting this wedding as I really thought the location would be wicked cool. It was a old carousel from about 1916 that had been enclosed in a giant public building. Andrea and Jeremy had to bring everything into the building for this wedding, from chairs and tables, to food and a bar. They turned old carousel house into a uber party spot that was both elegant and hip! Enjoy the pics below:)
