Beautiful sun sets are always good times for engagement photo sessions and such was the case last night with Jennifer and Stephen in Newburyport. We started the shoot walking around the downtown area, but we had the most fun drinking margaritas and eating copious amounts of delicious chips and salsa at Agave. It had been spitting and gray outside while we were shooting, but the skies turned blue while we were eating, of course. So after dinner we walked down to the waterfront for some beautiful sunset photos. Take a look!

The other day I had the pleasure to do a really awesome engagement shoot with Jon and Sarah. We did a engagement session inspired by the 1960 french new wave film A bout de Souffle, or Breathless as it was titled in the US.

Its a great film about to lovers, a american women selling New York Herald Tribunes in Paris and french gagster that she falls in love with. For Jon and Sarah, its perfect, but we did have to change a few things, like making the classic shirt say Boston Herald Tribune and using the North End to stand in for Paris, France.
Jon and Sarah were totally into the roles and we had a blast, here are a few shots from our shoot and some from the movie.
Wedding Consultant: Stephanie Galatas of the Key Boston

Olga and Gio are getting married in about two weeks and this was their first chance to venture out with me for some engagement shoots.
We started with a boudoir shoot at Olga's house and then headed into the city for some cool shots in the south end.
We started out trying to get into the Beehive but they were closed and so we headed to Aquatine and its bar a vin.
I'd write more but I am crazy right now and leaving for vegas! AHH!

If you read my last post about the 8 bit wedding, well this is the couple I am hoping that are going to pull it off.
I met up with Jared and Katelyn and we headed out around sunset to the state park to get some great ocean views. It was perfect out and we joked with each other the entire shoot.
Can't wait till their wedding next year!
