As I am working on a tv commercial edit, I received my scans back from colortek from my trip to NYC last week. So I just did a quick edit and I totally need to share some of these shots with you before going back to Final Cut Pro and doing some more editing.

I went to NYC with a number of other rad photographers, including Kim, Erica and Johnny! It was a great time, I got to see my book being sold at photos plus and had a chance to see parts of NYC that I had never seen.
We stumbled upon a Blurb book popup store which was awesome, checked out the Impossible projects Polaroid store and had a chance to see Lomography launch its new Sprocket Rocket Camera. While at the lomography store I picked up a spinner 360, a camera that takes 360 degree images!
Well here are the shots below.
Fuji 1600 superior and neopan, sensia 200 and portra 400VC

A few weekends ago on a sunday that I was not shooting a wedding, I was privileged to attend my families apple day party.

Its a day when we go out apple picking, go back home and then proceed to bake apple pies to be judged by a non-baker in our group. This year my friend Rebecca and my uncle Mike voted. They picked some mighty tasty apple pies.
After the pies are done baking, we have a huge turkey dinner with lots of sides and wine. Its a great day and I love it.

The other day I really enjoyed shoot a wicked cool themed engagement shoot with Tiffany and Jack. The theme was Alice in Wonderland and the tea time party. With some awesome planning by Tiffany and cupcakes from Kelly at Cake four Occasions in Danvers, we had one hell of a shoot.

We shot at the Kendal Hotel in Cambridge and this giant art exhibit near MIT. It was so fun, here are some of the shots.
This was all shot on film. I even did some cross proccesing on one of the rolls when we were shooting near the giant playing cards. Just love the reds Sensia makes when developed in C41. The rest of the shots are Kodak Portra and Fujipress.
Can't wait for their wedding!
